My Artist's Rights❀I reserve the right to decline any work if I find it outside of my ability to complete to the highest standard.
❀I retain copyright to the commissioned artwork unless discussed otherwise and copyright is transferred.
❀I reserve the right to use, publish, livestream and record the commissioned artwork/process to share and promote on Patreon/Discord and other social media unless discussed otherwise.
❀If commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to sell the artwork at any given point, such as prints or in art books (transfer of rights not applicable to fanart).
No AI / NFT.Client's Use and Understanding❀Unless discussed otherwise, the client agrees that this is strictly for personal use (such as posting, personal printing, using as an avatar/banner, etc.) and does not have the right to reproduce the artwork for any profit whatsoever.
❀If the client intends to use the commissioned artwork for commercial use (streaming, patreon, advertisement, printing, merchandise etc), this must be disclosed at the start of the commission process as the transfer of rights must be purchased and will affect the total cost.❀ Depending on the situation, the rights may be transferred via a commercial fee of 100-200%(or a stated amount) of the original commission cost, in addition to the original cost. ❀❀ Client agrees to still credit me as the original artist of said artwork even if rights are transferred. ❀❀ General Commercial/ Monetized Content: Streaming / content use ❀❀ Full Commercial/ Commercial Merchandising: Merchandise / ads / print ❀REVISIONS❀ Each commission type will have it's own rules, generally I accept revisions when I send WIPS which will be at the sketch stage, color stage, and final stage. If you require more revisions than this there could be additional charges applied (USD).DEADLINES, DELIVERY, AND PRIVACY❀ Client must inform me ahead of time if there is any deadline deliverable or privacy request.
There will be a rush and delivery fee depending on the deadline (USD).
❀ I request a flat fee of $200 to keep a piece private.REFUNDS❀ * Once the work has been started I do not accept refunds.*COMMUNICATION❀ Communication can be done via Bluesky or Discord depending on your preference. Please always feel free to message me with questions!
